One Mile Beach Sand Dune, Forster NSW.
I took on a commercial photography project in May of 2022 that I was consigned for, where the brief was to capture a bunch of landscape/lifestyle photographs that really portrayed the essence of the Forster-Tuncurry region. The year had already been quite wet for most of it (I think due to an La Nina weather event) and we had a little window of opportunity coming up where the weather was predicting clear skies and perfect days, so it was go time.
The next 2 days entailed wandering around the region and capturing the most beautiful scenes around Forster-Tuncurry, one of which HAD to be the big sand dune at One Mile Beach. The views up here are always stunning, and a favourite hotspot for locals and tourists alike to visit. The water was crystal clear and the sky was completely void of clouds, making this scene all the more easier to capture with my camera – the epitome of perfection for this beach, or any Australian beach for that matter!
Product Materials Used
Paper Types Used
Lustre paper - This is like a blend between matt and glossy paper and is one of the highest quality papers within the printing industry. It has a beautiful look to it and the feel of a professional, high quality print.
Metallic paper - Metallic paper adds a unique flair to your photographs. A high contrast "chrome on paper" look, metallic paper adds extreme vibrancy to colours, giving your image greater details and depth.
Canvas Prints
We only use the highest grade, fade resistant HD pigment inks and premium quality 400gsm, museum grade, tight weave Hahnemühle archival canvas. Every canvas print is also coated with a non-cracking UV protective coating.
The canvas is then stretched around an eco friendly, kiln dried wooden frame and finished with professional framers tape and hanging wire.
All canvas prints are also printed at a super high resolution (2880 dpi) using EPSONS ULTRACHROME HDx technology, giving amazing clarity and ultra vivid colours!
