Heading up to Forster-Tuncurry for the October long weekend, my trip coincided with the next rising full moon due on Thursday. I wanted to recreate a photograph I took from the same spot 4 years ago which, because the moon was making its appearance before sunset on Thursday, meant Friday was the better time for me to plan my photograph.
I had not long set up my composition when I got the feeling my positioning may be slightly off. I grabbed my gear and took about 10 steps to my left, where I then saw this huge orange moon rising right next to the Marine-Rescue building at Cape Hawke Harbour. I took many photos over the next 20 minutes but settled on this one being my favourite from the evening, the reflection of the moon on the water becoming much more evident the higher it rose.

Paper Types Used
Lustre paper - This is like a blend between matt and glossy paper and is one of the highest quality papers within the printing industry. It has a beautiful look to it and the feel of a professional, high quality print.

Canvas Prints
We only use the highest grade, fade resistant HD pigment inks and premium quality 400gsm, museum grade, tight weave Hahnemühle archival canvas. Every canvas print is also coated with a non-cracking UV protective coating.
The canvas is then stretched around an eco friendly, kiln dried wooden frame and finished with professional framers tape and hanging wire.
All canvas prints are also printed at a super high resolution (2880 dpi) using EPSONS ULTRACHROME HDx technology, giving amazing clarity and ultra vivid colours!
